Shipping Policy
Shipped from our facility in California.
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday. Once your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking number.
Rates and delivery times
US orders over $100 ship free. Orders under $100 ship at a flat rate of $6.95. Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
We don't ship internationally at this time.
Auto-replenish orders
Subscription shipments follow the same processing and delivery times. You'll receive a reminder email a few days before each one ships, and you can pause, skip, or cancel from your account at any time.
Damaged or missing packages
If your order arrives damaged or the tracking shows delivered but nothing has arrived, email hello@alinaskincare.com within 7 days with your order number. We'll send a replacement.
