Refund Policy
Sixty days. Any reason.
Every Alina product is covered by a 60-day guarantee. If it isn't working for you, return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. You don't need a reason, and it doesn't matter how much you've used.
Starting a return
Email hello@alinaskincare.com with your order number. We'll reply with a return authorization number and the address to ship to.
Mark the authorization number on the outside of the package. Return shipping is at your expense, and we recommend a carrier that provides tracking, since we can only refund what reaches us.
Refunds
Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
